Create your merchant account
What is a merchant account?
A merchant account is a special bank account that enables you to accept credit cards as a form of payment and transfers that money directly into your bank account. To learn more about the benefits that come with using your own merchant account click here.
Use Purplepass' merchant account, create your own, or use PayPal to process your credit card payments. It's time you control how you get paid!
Complete step 1 by filling out the form.
A representative will contact you shortly after and walk you through setting up your account and payment options.
The first process of setting up your merchant account is giving us all the required and necessary information to get you started.
You have three options:

Step 2:
Link to Purplepass
Once you complete step 1 and receive your confirmation, you need to link your account to Purplepass.
To create an account, login and go to "Settings" > "Merchant Account".
Here you will find the options to use our merchant account, PayPal or your own.
Please have your merchant account or PayPal information ready to proceed with the other options. Activation is instant after saving your information.
No contracts and fees
Purplepass has absolutely no early termination fees, long-term commitments or hidden fees.
What you see is what you get. Whether you use us as your merchant account or use your own, we are here to make selling tickets as easy as possible!

Interchange Plus pricing
This trasnparent pricing plan depends on the card type being used, with merchant service rates that never change.
Because each card comes with their own interchange or rate, it can get really complex and complicated. Card companies give you flat rate pricing and tiered options.
With Interchange Plus, it stays true to the cost of the credit card fee set by these companies with a small mark up amount added on top of that rate.
Purplepass pricing rates
We want to create a pricing plan that works with you, not against. If you are experiencing a high volume of sales or are getting a better rate from another provider, contact us for a special quote opportunity at support@purplepass.com

Pricing (Discount Rate): Interchange + 0.25%
Transaction Fee: $ 0.18/transaction
Batch: $ 0.25
Address Verification Service (AVS): INCLUDED
Monthly Fee: $15.00
Monthly Minimum Discount: NONE
Statement Fee: NONE
Annual Fee: NONE
PCI Compliance Certification: $119/year
For-Profit Rates
Pricing (Discount Rate): Interchange + 0.3%
Transaction Fee: $ 0.20/transaction
Batch: $ 0.25
Address Verification Service (AVS): INCLUDED
Monthly Fee: $15.00
Monthly Minimum Discount: NONE
Statement Fee: NONE
Annual Fee: NONE
PCI Compliance Certification: $119/year
For your own merchant account, you will need to create an authorize.net account.
Monthly Rate: $12/month. Transaction: $0.05/transaction.
